AB.47G-2 AS7201 Malta 24.05.72   Flown from Park 7, home of the Air Squadron, to the Malta Aviation Museum at Ta’ Qali on 30.05.08. The helicopter had finally been retired from military service.
AB.206A 9H-AAJ Malta 04.06.73   c/n 8185, pi 8185; 5A-BAM. Helicopter was airlifted to Malta by Libyan AF C-130. Departure from Malta unknown, but cancelled from register on 22.08.97.
B/V CH-47 Chinook LC.006 Libya     Noted at Luqa on 01.07.77, most probably its day of arrival.

B/V CH-47 Chinook LC.009 Libya 16.01.78   Finished in light and dark earth camouflage, with light grey undersides. Military markings consisted of a red/white/black roundel. Serial number on the tail read LC009, that on the fuselage LC008. Arabic numerals read LC009.
B/V CH-47 Chinook LC.011 Libya 28.06.78   Same camouflage as LC009, except for roundels, now being a green disc.
